TEIN Tie Rods are designed to replace weak OEM components. The TEIN units are not only stronger but are also capable of increased steering angle. By utilizing a larger diameter rod and stronger materials, TEIN was able to increase rod strength by 10~55% depending on application. The TEIN tie rod ends can be configured in two ways. OEM steering angle, or increased steering angle which allows for tighter turning radius, and deeper drift angles when using the supplied steering rack spacer. These TEIN inner tie rods will work with S14 TEIN and OEM outers and will work with SPL outers when used with cut/modified knuckles for drift use that require a longer steering tie rod assembly due to relocated tie rod pivot point. OEM Z32 (300ZX) and Z33 (350Z) inners can also be used for grip or street use with our outer tie rod ends. S13 will need to use with S14 OEM, SPL or TEIN outer tie rod ends that are M14x1.5 compatible. Sold as a pair. Please note that TEIN has discontinued their Z33/350Z inner tie rods.
